Discover the power of Psychodrama
and how Sharni uses her unique and intuitive skills to prepare and support established professional actors or young people on the road to becoming professional actors.
For the past 5 years, I've been on an incredible journey with my son Felix Cameron, exploring a process that has not only honed his acting skills but also nurtured his natural instincts and emotional well-being. Now, it's time to share this transformative journey with YOU!
I'm thrilled to extend my focus to all aspiring young actors and seasoned professionals alike. In my experience, it's crucial to prioritise building life skills alongside acting abilities, creating a balanced and fulfilled individual both on and off the screen or stage. Just as Felix thrives in both acting and sports, finding harmony between career and personal growth is key.
As an actor and Psychodramatist, I firmly believe that a strong sense of self is paramount for success in the industry. Throughout my own professional journey, I've witnessed how vital it is to integrate wellbeing into acting practice. From character development to nailing screen tests and navigating emotional landscapes, Psychodrama offers invaluable tools for actors to excel in their craft.
I've personally experienced the challenges of juggling motherhood, a freelance husband, and a career in acting. That's why I became an accredited Psychodramatist wheile my kids were young, and the results have been truly remarkable. Not only has it enriched Felix's life from a young age, but it has also ensured a level of maturity for his young years and nurtured a deep understanding of character development, trusting instincts, script confidence, comfortability on camera, and on-set dynamics.
Now, I invite you to join me on this transformative journey. Whether you're seeking script confidence, new avenues for character exploration, a supportive community of fellow actors, or simply a deeper connection with your craft, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
